For online credit card transactions, the payment processing company (STRIPE) charges a service fee.  The fee to use this service is $4.79.  This service fee is non-refundable.  Fill in the fields below and click Make Payment to pay $150 filing fee plus $4.79, totaling $154.79.  You will be taken to the Stripe website to complete your payment.

There is NO COST to pay by check.  You may send a $150 check made out to “Arbitration Account” to the OIA at the following address:
