California law and the Ethics Standards for Neutral Arbitrators in Contractual Arbitration require these disclosures in consumer arbitrations.  They provide information about individual OIA arbitrations.  Consistent with the statute and the Ethics Standards, the tables do no list names of individual claimants or respondents, only organizations.

Item one provides a table that contains information about arbitration demands the OIA has received in the past five years in a sortable format. It complies with Section 1281.96 of the California Code of Civil Procedure. The OIA updates this information quarterly.

Item two provides certain information about OIA arbitrations that have closed on or after July 1, 2002 because of action by the neutral arbitrator. It responds to a part of Standard 8 (b) (2) (C) of the Ethics Standards. The OIA updates this information weekly.

Item three provides a table that contains information about arbitration demands the OIA has received since January 1, 2003 in a searchable format.  The OIA continues to maintain this information even though it is no longer required.  The table has been replaced with item one, a sortable disclosure table.  The OIA updates this information quarterly.
