California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1281.96(a)(12) requires provider organizations to collect demographic data, relative to ethnicity, race, disability, veteran status, gender, gender identity, and sexual orientation of all arbitrators as self-reported by the arbitrators.  Pursuant to the statute, the OIA posts the demographic data in the aggregate in item one.
